Subject: Introducing the Coffee Roulette - Connect: Building Bridges and Strengthening Connections at <company-name>!
Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you all in great spirits as we navigate the world of remote and hybrid work at <company name>. Today, I am thrilled to announce a new initiative designed to enhance collaboration and foster stronger connections within our team. Let me introduce the <Coffee Roulette- Connect> program, powered by LEAD.bot!
At <company name>, we recognize the value of workplace friendships, casual conversations, and breaking down barriers that hinder collaboration. The Coffee Roulette - Connect program is designed to bridge the distance between coworkers and bring us closer together as a team. Through this initiative, you will have the opportunity to connect with a randomly matched coworker every two weeks for a virtual coffee and chat session
Here's how it works:
Every two weeks, on Wednesday at 4pm, LEAD.bot will pair you with another team member. You will receive a direct chat message introducing you to your coffee break partner.
Once you receive your matching card, take the initiative to propose a meetup or start a conversation with your assigned buddy. This is your chance to get to know each other.
Feel free to discuss non-work-related topics, exchange ideas, or even learn something new together. The coffee breaks are meant to be a fun and relaxed way to connect!
Participating in the <Coffee Roulette - Connect Program> will not only help build workplace friendships but also break down business silos, foster a culture of inclusivity, and encourage cross-team collaboration. It presents an opportunity to connect with colleagues you may not have interacted with before, learn from their experiences, and expand your professional network.
I encourage you all to embrace the <Coffee Roulette - Connect> Program and make the most of this opportunity. It offers a well-deserved break, allowing you to recharge and connect meaningfully with your team members. <Coffee Roulette - Connect> team are welcoming you - via this <link to team>
If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the program, please feel free to reach out to me. We are here to support you throughout this program and ensure its success.
Let's make our virtual coffee breaks enjoyable, uplifting, and an integral part of our team culture. Together, we can bridge the distance and bring our team closer than ever before!
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
