2. Select Channels: Choose the channels or teams where you want the birthday messages to be broadcast.
3. Add People: Download our sample CSV template to add the birthdays of your team members, fill it out according to the instructions, and upload it back to the dashboard.
4. Customize Your Message: Decide when the message will be sent and personalize how the birthday message appears. Be fun or creative with your message, incorporating call-to-action phrases or team activities to boost engagement. Let your creativity shine! Afterwards, use the preview option to check out the birthday card’s appearance
5. Automated Celebrations: LEAD.bot will send out a personalized celebration card on the scheduled date.
